To pay the room charges mentioned above and to settle the resort bills by mode of payment acceptable by the resort. Personal cheques are not accepted. In case the organization/individual fails to settle the bill, the guest will be personally liable. The guest agrees to be held responsible for any and all charges incurred during the stay and agrees to settle all his account on demand. The guest has authorized the resort management to charge his/her credit & debit card for any charges not settled upon departure.

  1. The Standard check-in time is 01:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or check-out is strictly subjected to availability & will be charged extra as per the resort policies.
  2. Guests are requested to ensure compliance of government rules and regulation in force from time to time and the house rules.
  3. Pets are strictly not allowed.
  4. No arms allowed in resort.
  5. Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to the resort premises at the guest’s sole risk. ANG Farms & Resorts or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, therefore guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.
  6. The primary age of the guest must be at least 18 years to be able to check into this resort.
  7. Your stay does not include additional expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren’t part of your meal plan, any resort services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips will charge you directly when you’re checking out.
  8. It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification with address at the time of check-in, according to government regulation. A valid photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the resort.
  9. Resort may not allow local residents as guest to check-in. This is strictly subjected to the resort policies.
  10. Guest will strictly follow swimming pool rules and regulations.
  11. No outside food permitted.
  12. Gambling & other such illegal activities are strictly prohibited within resort premises.
  13. Visitors are not permitted in guest room.
  14. All personal particulars provided above are true and correct.
  15. All disputes are subject to the district Raigad Jurisdiction.

 Covid – 19 guidelines valid 2 dose Vaccination Certificate to be provided at the time of booking.

Dear Customers, we are open now for Ang Room bookings. The safety of our customers is of top-most priority for which we are continuously updated with all safety measures taken by our hotel partners.
We make sure that our hotels are hygienic with trained staff and they are following every precautionary measure issued by the Government.


  • Rooms will have an alcohol-based hand sanitizer and face mask for guest use.
  • Room sanitization is to be done in front of guests when checking in.
  • Hotel rooms/floors and public areas are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Washrooms are cleaned and sanitized before check-in of every guest

 Trained Staff – Personal Hygiene  

  • Staff will ensure social distancing at the hotel- at the entrance, exit, elevators, reception, and dining area
  • All staff members will wear masks and gloves while on duty.
  • ANG Staff and Guest’s body temperature will be monitored at hotel entry points. Entry will be refused if the temperature is above 99.1 °F degree Fahrenheit.
  • Every guest’s travel records are maintained as per local and central Government of India guidelines.
  • While working with supplier and contractor’s hotel complies with health advisories and Government guidelines.

Important Safety and Hygiene Guidelines to Be Followed by ANG Guests during COVID-19

  • It is advised not to travel or stay in a hotel to all people above 65 years of age including pregnant women and children below 10 yrs.
  • Guests with no COVID-19 symptoms are allowed to enter the hotel
  • Social distance is to be maintained by guests and staff.
  • Guests to check their temperature and sanitize hands before check-in at the hotel.
  • The use of face mask is compulsory for staff and guests.
  • Visitors to provide their journey details and medical condition.
  • Filling self-declaration form is necessary at all hotels.
  • Guests to report hotel staff and district helpline in case of any symptoms.
