FIT Bookings:
- Any Cancellation by guest made more than 15 days before check-in, will incur 10% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation by guest made between 15 to 7 days of check-in, will incur 50% of cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% cancelation fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation date.
- Bank processing fees may apply to refunds.
- In case of cancellation the Advance amount deposit is non-refundable. It can be carried forward as credit balance for future reservations up to 1 month. These bookings are subject to availability.
The following exceptions may apply to the cancellation policy:
- Blackout dates: There may be certain dates during the year when the cancellation policy is more restrictive. Weekends, Govt/Public holidays, Season/festival holidays.
- Special events: If your reservation is for a special event, such as a wedding or a conference, the cancellation policy may be different. Please contact reservations for more information.

Group / Corporate Booking:
- Cancellation by guest made more than 60 days before event date will incur 10% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation within 45 days of event will incur a 50% of cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days of event will incur 100% of cancellation fee.
Lawn Booking:
- Cancellation by guest 6 months before event date will incur 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by guest 5 months before event date will incur 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by guest 4 months before event date will incur 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by guest 3 months before event date will incur 40% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by guest 2 months before event date will incur 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by guest less than 2 month before event date will incur 100% cancellation fee.
