Any Cancellation by guest made more than 15 days before check-in, will incur 10% cancellation charges.
Cancellation by guest made between 15 to 7 days of check-in, will incur 50% of cancellation charges.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% cancelation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation date.
Bank processing fees may apply to refunds.
In case of cancellation the Advance amount deposit is non-refundable. It can be carried forward as credit balance for future reservations up to 1 month. These bookings are subject to availability.
The following exceptions may apply to the cancellation policy:
Blackout dates: There may be certain dates during the year when the cancellation policy is more restrictive. Weekends, Govt/Public holidays, Season/festival holidays.
Special events: If your reservation is for a special event, such as a wedding or a conference, the cancellation policy may be different. Please contact reservations for more information.

Group / Corporate Booking:
Cancellation by guest made more than 60 days before event date will incur 10% cancellation charges.
Cancellation within 45 days of event will incur a 50% of cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 30 days of event will incur 100% of cancellation fee.
Lawn Booking:
Cancellation by guest 6 months before event date will incur 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by guest 5 months before event date will incur 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by guest 4 months before event date will incur 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by guest 3 months before event date will incur 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by guest 2 months before event date will incur 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation by guest less than 2 month before event date will incur 100% cancellation fee.
